  • How do I make a reservation?
    All reservations are prepaid through Tock or Resy.
  • Is there a dress code?
    While there is no dress code at HSR, we do recommend dressing up for a fun night out! The atmosphere in our dining room is fine dining meets sexy speakeasy or cocktail lounge. You will likely feel most comfortable in dressed up attire.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Due to the unique service we offer at HSR, all tickets are non refundable but can be transferred to another person (just like a concert ticket). The planning for every night begins several days beforehand and as most attendees purchase their seats far in advance, we are not able to refund for cancellations.
  • Do you accommodate non drinkers?
    For those who choose not to partake in our wine pairings, we will provide custom curated mocktails to perfectly pair with each course.
  • How flexible are you with dietary preferences/restrictions?
    Very! Whether you are gluten intolerant, dairy free, pescatarian, or even vegan, we will tailor a menu to accommodate any needs. That being said, we can never guarantee zero cross contamination as all of our prep is done in the same kitchen, so keep that in mind if you have a severe allergy.
  • Do you do anything for special occassions?
    We love celebrating with our guests! If you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or anything else. Please make a note when making your reservation so we can ensure to make it extra special!
  • Do you allow children?
    We do not allow children under the age of 12 inside the venue. Ticket prices are the same for 12 + up.
  • How long is the experience?
    Each seating is 3 hours in length. We open our doors 15 minutes prior to seating. Dinner begins promptly at the scheduled seating time so please arrive a few minutes early. Also, we may have another seating immediately following yours so we do ask guests to respect the 3 hour timeframe.

  • Do you sell gift cards?
    We offer a variety of experiences, perfect for gifting as well as gift cards to our signature 8-course tasting experience. You can view those options here.
  • Can I bring in my own bottle of wine?
    Unfortunately, we do not allow outside bottles of wine but you are free to purchase a bottle to take home!
  • How often does your menu change?
    We do not have a specific timeline for menu changes. We source the highest quality meat and produce we can find and change the menu whenever something catches our eye.
