Each and every night at Honeysuckle Rose is choreographed by Ryan and Kelleanne, the husband and wife team behind several award-winning restaurants along the east coast. While the duo is no stranger to owning and operating a restaurant, they have been developing this particular concept since their first restaurant--the mill at 2t-- where the tasting menus were the star of the show. Every single day, Ryan and Kelleanne sit down with the rest of the team to plan out the following evening’s experience.

Your wine for the evening was hand selected by the Director of Beverage & Hospitality Operations for Free Reign Restaurants. A man who is truly passionate about the work that he does, Shane spent the last decade traveling the globe, building an impressive resume at some of the world’s most prestigious restaurants and soaking up knowledge to share his passion with others.

The tail end to every experience at Honeysuckle Rose brings with it sweet and savory fare by Free Reign’s highly talented and widely recognized Head Pastry Chef. Prior to joining the Free Reign team, Heather spent 7 years overseeing the pastry program at Edmund’s Oast where she built a following with her creative signature desserts. A graduate of Johnson & Wales with an Associate of Science in Baking & Pastry Art degree, she is an undeniable talent whose ingenious desserts continue to amaze diners on a nightly basis.
